…This project is loosely based on the school of music theory called Just Intonation.I say ‘loosely’ because I don’t claim to be a musician, much less a student of music theory, but you really don’t have to be either to understand the basic concepts of Just Intonation, which are rooted in observations, thousands of years old, about pitches that sound good together being related by simple integer ratios (originally comparing the lengths of strings or resonant cavities)…
