I have successfully loaded short-length mono aiff files into the Sample Editor and from there into the timeline but I cannot work out how to reliably select and play sections of them. The scale of the waveform doesn't seem to correspond to the audio file so selecting specific areas of the file is trial-and-error. Also the playback function seems to cut out - and then return later. I am a relative newbie to the area of DSP so can't help feeling that there's some obvious thing that I am missing. Is there perhaps more detailed documentation that may help me? The whole concept looks great and I'd really love to work more with it.
